«Zain KSA» reveals a plan to attract more Saudi talents

"Zain Saudi Arabia" was ranked in the Excellent classification as classified by the Saudi Ministry of Labor, after having achieved high rates in the level of Saudization. This high classification comes as an indicator to prove the success of the Company’s approach to attract young Saudi Arabian young men and women in the available jobs.

The company confirmed that it intends to rely on the skills of young Saudis, through training programs schedules that end with their employment in their respective fields in compliance with an agreement concluded with the Human Resources Development Fund. Such programs have been customized according to large-scale plans and programs being currently implemented and developed by the Company to accommodate as much as possible of the technicians and administrators of the young citizens in this country who have achieved excellence in many fields, and received high appreciation in a number of global forums.

As far as the cooperation with educational authorities in the Kingdom is concerned, "Zain Saudi Arabia" indicated that it initiated cooperation with several Saudi universities to communicate with graduate students and to attract talented ones, as well as to communicate with technical and specialized colleges and Human Resources Development Fund, and expand the search mechanism for students specialized in the areas of administration, communication and other technical fields.
