TRA Organizes Iftar Gathering for the Employees

Mobilk - The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) organized, as every year, Iftar gathering for its employees, which was attended by H.E. Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, TRA Director General, and H.E. Eng. Majed Sultan Al Mesmar, TRA Deputy Director General for Telecommunication Sector, Mr.Mohammad Al Kitbi, Acting Deputy Director General for Support Service Sector and Mr.Salem AL Hosani Acting Deputy Director General for Information & E-Government Sector.

An atmosphere of friendliness and affection prevailed in the gathering, which reflects the values and virtues of the holy month of Ramadan. The gathering began with an opening speech by H. E. Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, followed by Iftar, and then a competition that included many cultural, scientific, historical and religious questions. The prizes included smartphones, umrah accommodation tickets, as well as travel tickets to some of the worlds best-known destinations for tourism.

H.E. Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori said: "In such gatherings, the spirit of team and family strengthens beyond the concerns of work. The urgent tasks that we carry in the TRA at the national and institutional levels make it necessary to reduce the burden through such friendly meetings, where fun and competition prevail."

H. E. added: "This gathering is an annual tradition that the leadership of the TRA is keen to organize because of its positive repercussions on productivity, and the establishment of a healthy working environment filled with happiness and positivity."
