A Preliminary Agreement of Dubai Investor on the Acquisition of Mobilk Website

The move allows Mobilk to focus on its plans to grow, in addition to expanding its presence and strengthen its content.

Furthermore, the Co-founder and the current Executive Director of “Mobilk” website, Mr. Sami al-Rabaiah hopes that this transaction is the beginning of a profitable and beneficial cooperation.

Mr. Rabaiah did not disclose the value of the deal but only stated that “it is very profitable for the partners and the investors.” As for the changes that will occur on “Mobilk” website after the conclusion of the deal, he has declared to us that the team will work to expanding, diversifying and make the services focusing more on visitors to the website via mobile phones. However, the name “Mobilk” will be changed to “Mobileat” but will remain as it is, in terms of content and substance.
