Nokia warns Qatar users over fake messages and emails

Consolidated Gulf Co (CGC), the Nokia partner for Qatar, has warned mobile users against fake messages and emails purportedly issued in Nokias name. The Finnish communications firm said it is aware that recently there have been several hoax messages on different Nokia promotions and lottery campaigns, sent via email or SMS, purporting to originate from Nokia.
