Zain, part of the Zain Group, the leading mobile operator in the Middle East and Africa, and in partnership with the Arab Bank, announced the launching of a joined credit card that offers clients of both parties extra valuable benefits when using the card in shopping or paying invoices, both inside and outside the kingdom.
According to the terms and conditions of the program, customers from both Zain and the Arab Bank to attain a Visa card that holds several benefits through the points-based reward program. Under said program, points are gained through performing transactions and purchases using the joined credit card.
Customers will be able to exchange their points on the Zain-Arab Bank card with packages of minutes on the Zain network; paying customers’ monthly subscription bills; acquiring prepaid cards; or obtaining sms or mms packages.
Furthermore, the Arab Bank will offer card holders a number of benefits, such as competitive interest rates, payment period of up to 45 days, flexible payment options starting at 5% of total amount due as well as easy and flexible payment plans at flexible interest rates.
Zain’s Corporate Marketing Manager, Mohammad Habila, , emphasized that Zain constantly aims to launch new offers and services that serve all social segments and meet customers’ daily needs. Habilla added that this unique card will serve Zain and Arab Bank customers alike through the several features it offers. He also expressed his pride in the strategic partnership that links the two companies together.
On his behalf, Arab Bank’s Regional Director of Retail Banking, Nabil Mushahwar, pointed that this Zain-Arab Bank card comes as a result of the Bank’s belief in offering every new service in the banking market, rewarding its card holders’ customers and increasing demand on and use of Arab Bank cards. He added that the Bank constantly seeks to contribute in any joint programs with Zain as well as other local entities in the future.
Mushahwar said that this card will provide its holders with a number of advantages and incentives and will allow the Arab Bank customers to be more acquainted with the nature of services offered by Zain. He emphasized that the cooperation in issuing the new card reflects the exceptional and continuoaysaus cooperation between Zain and the Arab Bank.
