clarification and Apology from Paltel Group

Paltel Group would like to apologize for the disconnection that happened yesterday in its calls and internet services in West Bank and Gaza’s regions ,due to the severe damage in Jawwal and Paltel’s network affecting the main and alternative routes of communication.

Although the destruction happened in an area under the Israeli siege, yet Paltel Group staff was able to reach the area and managed to bring back the disconnected services.
