  • Nawras introduces another first with convenient prepaid solution for postpaid customers

Nawras, Oman’s customer friendly communications provider is introducing another first for customers by making it even easier to pay bills.  From today, Nawras Ajel postpaid customers can choose to conveniently use a prepaid recharge card or electronic recharge option to settle their account.

This new method of payment is designed to further improve the customer experience, particularly for all those living outside major cities and towns.  Nawras Ajel customers can now benefit from the company’s extensive distribution network of approximately 15,000 points of sale for Nawras mobile recharge credit.

Settling a postpaid account simply involves entering and dialling *141# on a mobile phone or handset to display the menu.  After selecting the bill payment option, the recharge code from the card or e-recharge slip can be entered.  A minimal service charge of 5% will be applied based on the value of the recharge.

Commenting on this latest payment option, Nashat Ahmed Al-Riyami, Marketing Product Manager – Postpaid Services, said, “Through living the customer experience, we are able to be innovative and introduce new products and services that make communication more versatile and rewarding for our valued customers. Many will find it extremely convenient to be able to pay their bill with a recharge card which can be purchased so easily from points of sale all over the country.”

A member of the Qtel Group, Nawras promised from the outset to make it easier for customers to buy, get help and pay. This latest payment method is one of many pleasingly different choices provided for customers’ convenience.  A full list of the different options can be seen by visiting the company’s website.
