Zain Features package a hit with KSA customers

“Zain Features”, introduced on 17/5/2010, proved so successful among the company’s customers that Zain was forced to increase the number of lines to support the package, with initial demand exceeding expectations and targets set by the company. 

 “Zain Features” exempts subscribers from monthly fees and applies a fixed tariff rate of 30 Halalas per minute across all Zain’s networks in the Kingdom. It also offers a permanent discount on international calls and unique numbers option, as well as simultaneous subscriptions to ‘Friends and Family’, broadband, and BlackBerry services.
