Ooredoo offers more value for money with new Welcome Packs

Mobilk - New Ooredoo prepaid customers can now look forward to receiving up to four times the value of the welcome pack price the moment they activate their SIM cards. With Ooredoo’s new Welcome Pack, customers will get free monthly credit when they opt for any of the exciting ‘More’ recharges for the first seven months, allowing them to stay connected with their friends and family for longer. This exciting promotion is available from 21 May to 19 August 2015.

“Customers buying the Welcome Pack for just 2 Rials, will get 8 Rials back in value over the next seven months; no other SIM pack in the market gives this much benefit” said Feras Al Shaikh, Director of Consumer Sales at Ooredoo. ”We want to give newcomers a warm welcome to Ooredoo and introduce them to the first of our many inspiring offers and value added services.” 

He added, “Our ‘More’ packages have been a great success since launching them last year, and realising this, we wanted to offer new Ooredoo customers something extra, by giving them longer talk time, more messaging or data. For seven months after activation of the welcome pack, Ooredoo will give the customer RO1 of non-transferable open credit per month when a ‘More’ recharge of any value has been made.

Ooredoo has three ‘More’ recharge options for prepaid users; More Credit, More Internet and More International. With the new Welcome Pack, those opting for ‘More Credit’ will receive 10%, 20% or 25% on their recharges by dialling *115*2*recharge code#. Those looking for ‘More Internet’ will get an additional 150 MB to 5 GB, by entering *115*3* and then the recharge code on the card. For customers wanting to connect with their friends and loved-ones oversees through ‘More International’, the Welcome Pack will give them up to 25% bonus credit by dialling ‘*115*4*recharge code#’ to activate their card or by dialling *141# and following the instructions.
