Qtel launches today a customer care feature that benefits Hala customers by helping them to manage their Prepaid accounts. The “Validity and Credit Notification” – a free feature, assists Hala customers with tracking their calling credit and validity without continuously having to check their balances.
The credit notification will be sent to Hala customers in the form of a text message once the calling credit balance drops to QR 5.00.
On the other hand, a validity notification is sent seven days prior to the validity period expiration where the customer automatically enters a grace period. During the grace period two validity notifications are sent, one message is sent seven days prior to the expiration period while the other is sent two days before account termination. The aim of these messages is to inform the customer of their account critical status, so that they can take the necessary action.
The same text messages, credit and validity, will be heard in the form of voice notifications after the customer balance or validity drops to the above mentioned limits.
Sh.Fahad Bin Jassim Al-Thani - COO, said “Qtel’s priority is to enhance its customer’s experience. These notifications will allow Hala customers to manage their accounts more conveniently and minimize the risk of running out of credit or validity.”
Qtel will continue to care for its customers with innovative services that will become an integral part of their daily lives.
