Wataniya Mobile, the new mobile telecommunication operator in Palestine, opened its Service Centers in the three cities Nablus, Tulkarem, and Jenin. This opening is considered an official announcement for the Company's Service Centers in the northern cities of the West Bank.
The opening ceremonies were attended by representatives from the governorates, municipalities, chambers of commerce and industry from the three cities, in addition to Marwan Al Muhaisen, Wataniya Mobile's Marketing and Sales Senior Director, Saleem Durzi, Wataniya Mobile's Sales Director. A number of interested members of the media were also present amidst the crowds of citizens and customers who came to purchase their Wataniya Mobile SIMs in order to benefit from the company's latest offers, which enables customers to benefit from free calls, SMS and internet usage.
Marwan Al Muhaisen, Wataniya Mobile's Marketing and Sales Senior Director, said "Today, we are glad to be in these cities that are dear to our hearts, and to offer our services to its people, and to benefit from the efforts of its youth who work in our Service Centers, offering the highest standards of professionalism to customers. We have set our goal to creating more job opportunities in all the areas we operate in, as well as working on improving our national economy with all our strength and ability". Al Muhaisen added, "We consider these Service Centers as an important contact point with our customers, and a mean to serve them and meet all their communications needs".
Al Muhaisen expressed his gratitude to all governorates, municipalities, and chambers of commerce and industry for all the efforts spent in the establishment of these service centers, and said "These Service Centers are personifications of our cities' economies icons and the efforts and will of our youth who worked hard to provide our people with the best service", he also added, "today, we are glad to see all that we spent days and days waiting for".
On his part, Saleem Durzi, Wataniya Mobile's Sales Director, said, "We made these centers for the purpose of serving our customers who are willing to purchase Wataniya Mobile SIMs, purchase mobile handsets, pay bills, activate services, as well as seeking more information about our products, services, prices and offers, and providing us with any feedback they might have". Durzi also added that "customer service is one of Wataniya Mobile's main pillars. Therefore, we designated our Customer Care center, web portal, and other technologies to our customers to ensure their access to the support they need around the clock".
It should be noted that Wataniya Mobile has launched commercially at the beginning of this month, and has six Service Centers in Jenin, Tulkarem, Nablus, Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Hebron, as well as a large network of dealers in all the areas of the West Bank.
